have been quite a while since i had a decent post.. anyway, i realised that dreams have not been appearing in my posts of late.. to be more precise, the last such post was half a year ago.. indeed.. it was only the appearance of a lucid dream some many days ago that reminded me of such a situation.. i think the lack of lucid dreams might have been due to the fact that i'm overly occupied with schoolwork (and other irrelevant stuff).. and maybe because i had been unduly stressed.. on this note, i personally did not really think that it was the case, but perhaps it could be a sign from my subconsciousness that i do have some sort of inner fear that is generating some kind of stress..
fear of what then? grades? maybe.. but i've put an end to any hope of getting an honors with the S/U-ing of one of my electives.. health? maybe.. haven't been feeling that great in the last couple of weeks..
anyway, what i did was some flying in the latest lucid dream.. i was trying to fly to the top of this tall building and halfway through, the 'gravity issue' reared its head.. kinda paradoxical.. i know that i'm in a lucid dream and yet i'm constrained by this thing called gravity.. so i started to latch on to the nearest parapet and in a half fly/half jump manner, reached the top most 50th floor.. quite a scary/exhilarating experience when i was up there, high up above the ground and facing the strong winds..
on another issue, i was rather surprised by the things that a half-told story could do.. i do think that telling other people about a story without knowing the entire truth can be quite misleading, especially if the other half of the story has some unexpected twists to it..
seemed like people are catching on to the Susan Boyle craze.. quite a cheekily done, but impressive cover of the song I Dreamed a Dream.. also went to watch this movie yesterday.. it's called 送り日と or 入殓师 or Departures.. haha ok.. i'm bored.. anyway, the movie won the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in this year's Oscars.. i liked the way the director made use of the concept of symbols and how he expressed them..
have one more paper to go on friday.. and soon it'll be a long break before i start work in november.. suddenly having a writer's block again.. haiz..
went to download the song for Music Express 15 Category B.. seems like a rather cheery song.. wonder if i would be able to fill in the lyrics this time round.. considering that i would have plenty of time available..

真是的。。 刚才冲凉时竟然错误地把肥皂液与洗头液给混淆了。。 结果整身凉凉的。。 那洗头液的薄荷叶冰凉效果还不赖。。 嗨。。 有可能是因为今天一整天在外，弄到身体与精神都累了。。 今早难得有个武林大会，众多高手云集。。 结果打了个三小时的篮球战。。 真是太久没运动了。。 打了一会儿便不行了，自行告退，到旁歇会儿。。 过后吃了饱饭便到QQ家讨论我们的专题作业。。
之前所提到的苹果论得到了些许的回响。。 有一两人对文中所提到的苹果采集者有着一定的兴趣。。 对于是否应该公开苹果采集者的身份，我认为就让它顺其自然吧。。 有时无知也不一定是件不好的事。。 二月二十五日隔日之言： 无意中与一些朋友讨论了与苹果论相关的话题。。 结果间接透露了一位苹果采集者的身份。。 不出意料，他们对采集者的身份感到意外。。 可是当时并没有讲到前文说讨论的苹果故事。。 最后他们不多问，我也不多讲，就这样含含糊糊的带了过去。。
近日来正忙着做专题作业与准备毕业旅行的事项。。 就这样匆匆忙忙的度过了大半的半学期假期。。 说到毕业旅行，旅行的行程大部分已敲定了。。 我们会将去德国，瑞士与法国。。 六月五日出发，为期十天，并有望延长在法国逗留的时期，独自遨游巴黎与周边城市的景点。。 价钱两千三百十八，加上选择性的附加配套、小费与个人消费，总计应该有三千五。。

really fishy.. haha.. 1st it was qq.. den yw.. and now sw.. wonder y e sudden interest in setting up blogs.. just hope tt they not e spur of e moment, doesn't last a year kind..
this august has been quite an exciting one.. there was my sis's b'dae.. den e start of school (well erm.. i guess tt's exciting too..).. olympics followed soon after.. and e very next day was national day.. not too long later in e month, it'll be a special day for this very place itself.. e day tt marks 5 years of blogging.. will perhaps will do a simple write up when e day gets closer..
e main topic for this post actually has to do with e national day tt recently passed by and e meeting up with lei^3, yichao, chuan seng and mel.. cs was grumbling on having to stay in singapore and mel and yichao agreed tt they didn't want to stay in singapore and wanted to leave for greener pastures.. heh.. is it really greener on e other side? tt's a question tt i've wondered abt for a couple of times..

hmmm.. so it's almost 2 months since i last blogged.. v long absence indeed.. which den probably suggest tt this post is gonna be v v long..
busy with internship lately.. quite some couple of OT along the way.. or maybe tt's kind of an understatement.. i last counted it to be around 1,100 minutes of OT.. and unclaimable at tt too.. not to say tt there weren't e slack moments.. was pretty much a boring last 2 weeks for me.. nothing much to do quite often.. guess i have some stuff which i would like to blog about at this time, but of which it is not wise to.. so i'll leave it till some other time.. if ever tt is.. haha..
been going out with e uni gang every fri during this PA.. and we played pool almost every week.. of course wat came out of it had only been increased expenses.. which isn't really something good, considering tt i've yet to treat bra for a birthday treat and my family for getting my 1st pay check..
i guess not a lot of ppl actually keep detailed accounts of their spending patterns, so maybe e following info might be interesting to know.. i've been keeping accounts since sec school (there were breaks in between when i didn't though) and having just analysed my last 12 months of expenditure, e breakdown of my expenses over e period is: 44.57% on all food costs, 34.60% on transportation, 5.87% on entertainment and ahah! 13.47% on academic costs (mainly textbooks).. spend on average $168.33/month, although recent months have seen e figure to be around $200-$250.. and tt's considering tt i dun pay my own phone bills ($15+) and tt i have meals at home quite quite often..
it's lucky tt i press e publish post button often enough, cos blogger screwed up just now when i pressed e button again.. only had to retype a few lines of stuff.. costs have been soaring these past year and in particular this few months, with oil prices hitting $146/barrel.. totally crazy.. we are just too dependent on oil.. and if i weren't wrong, blair suggested tt e world should build many many more nuclear plants (forgot e number tt he mentioned) so as to meet e energy demand.. now tt as i grow older and become more sensitive to stuff like politics, i wonder if some leaders and ministers actually think through their stuff before they speak..
as it is, e world today doesn't seem to be in a pretty good shape and i seriously won't be surprised if e next world war breaks out over soaring inflation/oil prices/worsening climate conditions during our generation.. something not v pleasant to think abt..
most probably u would have already heard abt e jarring security lapses tt happened here in e past half year.. starting with e mas selamat escape from e detention centre, followed by e sub court escape and finally e passport blunder.. admittedly i dun follow e news tt zealously, but if i'm not wrong i dun think any ppl high up in e office concerned got axed off for e events.. which if true, and in my opinion, is quite wtf, considering tt all e security lapses are quite serious breaches..
coming to more not-so-serious stuff.. have been playing dota and maple lately.. well as usual.. like duh.. managed to lvl up to 82 just a few days ago.. now somewhat getting bored with maple, cos all my characters are at stages where it's either hard to train or lazy to train.. still trying to save up for my little riding pig.. and oh ya.. pangya is shutting down.. not exactly unexpected, given tt it's business model wasn't really viable to begin with.. sad to see it go though, having played it since day 2 of its launch..
just remembered that w3 patch 1.22 was out recently.. patching w3 has always been a mini "nerve-wrecking" experience because i dread e feeling tt e patch would go all wrong and i have to reinstall e whole game.. anyway i successfully managed to patch it after all..
watched kungfu panda and don't mess with the zohan.. e former was ok.. although e fun parts of e movie have been pretty much shown in e trailers and making-of TV show.. as such there's really not much incentive for one to actually watch e real full length thing.. e latter movie is a very lame, sexually dumb show (senseless sex jokes, many boobs and wat not.. well u get e idea..).. my personal opinion is tt both movies are not worth e time watching..
i visit e stomp site once every now and den and from wat i can see, e mrt is really not a safe place to be in.. u nv know who is snapping u.. for all u know u could land up at e website for PDA or more commonly seen, not giving up your seat to needy people..
and talking about mrt, there's a "go green and take public transport" campaign lately.. quite dumb actually, if u ask me.. dunnoe which smart alek came up with this.. e person most prob nv tried taking e peak hour train or bus before.. totally gay.. e crowd tt u see on e trains.. i think it won't be too long before we match up to japan's sandwichness.. just e other day, i went to my client's place at raffles city and e morning crowd was like wtf.. looks like a whole pack of sheep being gathered up by sheep wolves.. just tt there isn't any in this case.. and i thought e situation at tanjong pagar was quite bad..
erm ok.. so my point actually is tt it would make much more sense if e infrastructure is there (ie. e circle line is completed and running (at e very least)) before embarking on such a campaign.. wat u have now is a less-than-desirable infrastructure and u're asking more ppl to come make it worse.. -.-
so today (7 july) i was reading e chinese paper and e headline splashed across e front page was proclaiming tt e above-mentioned campaign was a success.. yah yah.. give me a reason to believe tt it won't be so.. even without the campaign, rising oil prices, increased number of ERP sentries, charges and operation hours, together with rising cab fees and talk of even further hikes to e fee through a fuel surcharge, did anyone with a brain seriously think tt e number of ppl taking public transport would remain as it is? duh..
not sure y it is e case but it might very well be a spurious relationship.. as mentioned some posts ago.. i was talking to meiwen on msn.. she mentioned tt she was planning to attend a talk organised for interested teachers-to-be and was considering to be a teacher somewhere in e future.. (on a sidenote: she's going to KPMG to work.. hmmmm..) as a coincidence, another accountancy intern mate of mine expressed e same thoughts.. and including me, it's 3 accountancy students who have given serious thoughts about becoming teachers in e future..
heard a nice old song on 93.3 some days back.. it's 我想有个家 by 潘美辰.. subsequently commented to my friend tt i was putting it in replay mode and he said tt it gets a bit boring after listening to it for a few times.. i guess i like to look at a song from its different aspects.. having composed my own lyrics i think i have had a greater interest in how e songs are actually packaged.. from e way e lyrics are written, their literal, hidden, historical, cultural and societal meanings, e melody, y certain instruments were chosen, e arrangement of e music, how e mv is shot, y certain scenes are chosen for e mv, e singer's emotions and of course his voice.. there are probably some other things which i left out, but replaying e song really allows to understand and appreciate e song better.. in this case, i thought tt e lyrics were particularly well written and tt e following sentences from e song were quite meaningful and food for thought: 虽然你有家 什么也不缺

so yup.. like wat i've said earlier, have been playing much pool lately.. so i went to youtube to look for some tips on masse and jump shots.. found e following cool videos of pro shots.. Fast Larry's Two Table Pool Trick Shot and trick shot worldrecord jump shot challange.. subsequently went to try out e masse shot and short distance jump shot.. the players in e videos seriously make e shots look easier than they seem.. could manage to curve my ball a little though.. but should have tried doing it along e length of e table instead, so tt e effect can be more visible..
and yes.. to my favourite portion of e post.. on dream control.. haha.. i think i've mentioned about attempting to do e flash jump in a previous post.. or those kind of jumps tt u see in e movie jumper.. managed to do a few of those in succession.. nothing really special i think.. i still prefer simple plain old teleportation.. nevertheless, i got another 1st in dream control some time this week or last when i ran through a wall.. haha.. and e experience was rather interesting..
my 1st attempt was not well prepared.. had a short run up to e wall, only to put on my brakes when i approached it.. wasn't ready to do e stunt.. and so on e 2nd attempt, i had myself a longer run up to e wall and gain e momentum needed to pass through e wall.. in most of my stunts, e "before and after" effects are usually very distinct and only milliseconds apart, with no apparent transitions.. but during this time's particular stunt, i was passing through e wall, with my right leg already on e other side of e wall, when i looked at my surroundings.. it was actually loading! as in u know wat happens when yr laggy com loads a different picture from e current one tt u are viewing? e old picture would stay there while e new picture, bit by bit, takes over e space of e old picture.. tt was wat exactly happened in my dreams! rather bewildering stuff..
and e stunt of passing through a wall is rather exciting too.. perhaps comparable to e stunt of jumping off a building ledge.. think i might just try running through a wall again sometime soon..
with this i end e longest post in this bloggie at 1,838 words.. hopefully my PA report can be of this length also.. haiz.. dun have e slightest idea how i can even squeeze out 1,000 words for it..

Fast Larry's Two Table Pool Trick Shot and trick shot worldrecord jump shot challange.. subsequently went to try out e masse shot and short distance jump shot.. the players in e videos seriously make e shots look easier than they seem.. could manage to curve my ball a little though.. but should have tried doing it along e length of e table instead, so tt e effect can be more visible..
and yes.. to my favourite portion of e post.. on dream control.. haha.. i think i've mentioned about attempting to do e flash jump in a previous post.. or those kind of jumps tt u see in e movie jumper.. managed to do a few of those in succession.. nothing really special i think.. i still prefer simple plain old teleportation.. nevertheless, i got another 1st in dream control some time this week or last when i ran through a wall.. haha.. and e experience was rather interesting..
my 1st attempt was not well prepared.. had a short run up to e wall, only to put on my brakes when i approached it.. wasn't ready to do e stunt.. and so on e 2nd attempt, i had myself a longer run up to e wall and gain e momentum needed to pass through e wall.. in most of my stunts, e "before and after" effects are usually very distinct and only milliseconds apart, with no apparent transitions.. but during this time's particular stunt, i was passing through e wall, with my right leg already on e other side of e wall, when i looked at my surroundings.. it was actually loading! as in u know wat happens when yr laggy com loads a different picture from e current one tt u are viewing? e old picture would stay there while e new picture, bit by bit, takes over e space of e old picture.. tt was wat exactly happened in my dreams! rather bewildering stuff..
and e stunt of passing through a wall is rather exciting too.. perhaps comparable to e stunt of jumping off a building ledge.. think i might just try running through a wall again sometime soon..

as u might have noticed now, i've went to label all 436 posts in e past 2 weeks.. not a lot of posts acutually, if u consider e age of e blog and e fact tt ju-zi's current blog, which is slightly younger than this, just celebrated it's 870th post not too long ago.. anyway, e labelling wasn't done rigourously and may not actually be a good link with the contents of the post.. 2 of the links, lyrics and dreams, are shown in the sidebar.. for the full list of labels, it's only available to my co-authors, who den again i realised have become dormant in their blogging activities.. this is in contrast with e rather frequent posting they used to have back when this blog started..
quite some stuff to blog about actually.. might have to stop halfway to continue with it another day.. maybe i'll just start off with e shorter stuff..
finally leveled to 80 for maple just on sunday.. took e 2x exp opportunity during the weekend to level.. quite pissed about e fact tt although i've killed like 500+ male bosses, he only dropped me one stupid morningstar.. -.-
returned back to playing pangya also in the last few days.. to take part in this event.. realised tt taking a break from games is good sometimes.. esp for pangya i guess.. managed to break one of my course records and did some nice shots during my return to the game..
had a pretty long dream yesterday.. luv having long dreams.. anyway, i did some flying as usual.. although i was struck by the fly height limit thing.. which i might just take a while here to explain a bit.. if e flight starts off from the ground (as contrasted with walking off a high ledge), there's this height limit tt u can fly to.. i believe this limit is actually a psychological limitation and as a sort of response to the limitation, i changed the scene by imagining myself to be at a high altitude above the ground.. an instant jump from e height limit to e new altitude..
the dream was a rather interesting one in tt my subconscious brought back some very old memories which i have not thought about for a very long time.. also attempted to summon someone in my dream again.. but alas.. another failure.. had tried to imagine myself pulling someone's hand from around a corner, but all tt came out of it was me grabbing air..
so i'm back to continue with e longer 2nd half of this post.. think this post may very well be longer than my longest post thus far, which just for info, has 1671 words..

have quite some opinions abt certain things lately, more of them major and some of them minor.. will be discussing a few of them below..
e results for one of my module's project was out just not too long ago.. and my friend's group, having given one of their guys a low evaluation due to his freeriding behavior, was asked to meet e tutor to clarify on e matter.. before i go on, i'll just like to add tt i've heard my friends complain about this guy X even before the project submission.. X attended like only 10% of their meetings and contribution-wise, was really far from satisfactory.. while some of e reasons for missing e meetings were valid, e rest were just plain ridiculous.. consequently, their group's evaluation of him, by right, left him with e ability to only claim 65%? of their project's grade (which was A+ by e way).. tt works out to probably a B? grade..
so back to e consultation with e tutor, it ended up tt e tutor decided to let e freerider off and let him claim e full A+ grade.. tt was despite e fact tt e other group members were upset at e manner in which e freerider presented himself at e consultation and the defences which he had brought up.. and in e end, e tutor had all of them sign something, to have them agree to let e freerider share e same grade as them and accept e tutor's judgement..
when i heard about e outcome of e consultation, i was quite fed up really.. although i wasn't in their group.. if e tutors had really meant for peer evaluation to do e stuff tt it's supposed to do, den i believe such a lop-sided evaluation of X should have expectedly resulted in him receiving a lower grade than e other group members, even though it might not actually end up being 65%.. if e tutor had at e very beginning decided tt all group members will be getting e same grade, then he could just jolly well scrap the peer evaluation.. saves everybody's time.. totally screwed man.. i think if i were in their group, i could have just stomped out of e room when e tutor asked everyone to sign tt stuff.. facade man! facade.. and for e record, e freerider has a GPA of 4.7, a 1st class!.. wat on earth is e world coming to really? more on some other screwed aspects of e uni system later in e post..
last week saw e end of e marketing project and case presentations.. i wonder if e tutor was trying to be safe or wat, but 4 of e groups received A- B+ (albeit some received A- for e project, while some received A- for e case; e project carried 20% weightage and e case 10%).. and e 5th group got B+ B+.. my clique's 2nd group (my clique was too big, so we had to separate into 2 groups) was one of e 2 tt presented during last week.. throughout their presentation, i thought it was quite good and felt tt they actually had e potential to become e top group for our class by getting a A- A (they got e A- from their project earlier on).. but it turned out not to be and they got a B+.. and e tutor's explaination didn't help to answer my doubts as to y they didn't at e very least get an A-..
seems like i've once again not have enough time to complete e post.. time for Ah Wang on Chnl 8.. haha.. will continue with part 3 later..

received back my company law assignment this week.. got an A.. not too bad.. although from wat i have heard so far, i don't noe of anyone who got worse than an A-..
got e following link from tty tt day.. quite hilarious.. Food Court Musical.. e main site for e organising party: Improv Everywhere.. did some searching and found out tt e singapore group would be doing a freeze on 31 may.. wonder where it'll be.. anyway, i watched some of their earlier missions and i think tt in order for e impact to be really there, they should really need to get more ppl to take part..
was actually feeling quite depressed e day before tax quiz.. stared at e paper for like hours.. e feeling tt u're fighting a lone battle really sux.. sometimes really hoped tt there was someone there to talk to..
will be traveling to hokkaido after exams with my family.. cool.. time for heavenly food, heavenly weather and heavenly service.. godlike.. drools.. haha.. looking forward to it..

yoyoyo.. bringing u yet another late night post.. -.-
let's see wat's up for this post.. hmmm.. for one thing i seem to be blogging more often lately.. haha.. guess i'll start off with my marketing module.. e tutorial tutor must have been one of the more opinionated ones tt i've seen yet.. with rather interesting views.. to put it tt way.. like, say, ppl working in the financial sector are evil.. using phrases like creatures of the night.. and thinking tt music actully is more like noise.. wow.. and we all agreed tt it's better to let her have her way, only just so tt we'll keep our presentation grades as they are.. kinda sux tt it had to come to tt..
we were e 1st group to have e graded presentation, following which e tutor took tt point into consideration and upped us a grade, awarding us a A-.. and so e next week came and e second group presented.. and they got a B+.. not happy with their grades, A went to send an email to e tutor to argue their case.. nothing wrong with tt.. except for one thing which made our group pissed off big time.. during the week after their presentation, during e tutorial break, 2 of them (A and B) went to approach e tutor, and right in front of one of my group member, A told our tutor tt we didn't deserve e A-.. well.. downight asshole.. really.. they can fight for their case all they want to.. but to say such a thing and in such a situation.. i guess it was just as well tt i wasn't present at tt time.. if not i'll be quite sure to screw them on e spot.. tt aside, we did feel tt their presentation was a possible A-..
i thought tt was e end of e story.. only to have another of my group member overhear C (a 3rd member of their group) tell his friend e same thing during law tut.. need they be such assholes really? our group has finished both of our graded presentations and their group are left with one more this coming week.. it will be an interesting one i believe.. i have no idea wat my group members and i will do during their presentation.. not sure if their motion was a group initiated or individual initiated one.. hopefully not e earlier case.. since B is one of my group member's friend and D is one of my last sem's group mate..
to round up e part on my marketing module, i'll just talk a little about e lecturer.. seriously not much of a value-add and we agreed tt our evaluation of his performance is going to be quite poor.. surprising tt he has been teaching for 10+ years already.. just last week, all 6 of us gave his lecture a miss (also in part due to the deadlines tt we were having then)..
on to something more upbeat.. had yet 2 other controlled dreams.. e 1st dream was rather interesting in tt i acted sort of like e director of my dreams.. i was planning to find a suitable person for my experiment and feeling sort of lazy, i said "hey everyone (in my dream) gather".. following which it happened.. amusing stuff.. haha.. but quite expectedly, i couldn't find a suitable candidate..
e 2nd dream was one in which i acutally found a suitable candidate.. but e storyline of e dream before i took over control, was quite interesting and well.. nostalgic.. so i went on to let e dream run its course, only realising tt i've given up my chance when i woke up.. haha.. crap..
guess tt's all currently for my late night blogging diarrhoea.. quite sure there are some other stuff tt i wanted to blog abt.. well.. tt's for another day..

y do i feel like HP102 is repeating itself? really.. and i'm feeling tt this time it's not only gonna happen once, but twice.. not e time to elaborate much at e moment.. but i hope i do not blow up in rl like how i did a few posts back.. who knows wat i would do..
this aside and talking about other stuff, emu had erm wished tt i not say anything about e interview tt i mentioned in e previous post.. haha.. maybe not for now.. when we meet up at tty's place this fri perhaps? lol..
actually i dun think this post is gonna be a pleasing one.. just remembered tt i wanna blog about this group of ppl whom i call e People Politics Players (PPP).. e main characteristic of which would be being highly manipulative of other ppl.. slowly feeling e presence of this group of ppl as i progress along in life.. they manifest in any place with ppl.. duh.. take office as an example (office politics players).. i think tt a bit of low level PPP-ing is fine actually.. cos i think tt's part and parcel of e human nature.. but high level PPP-ing.. tt's wat i'm starting to experience with increasing frequency in recent times..
although it's not to say tt i'm new to it.. e best PPP i've encountered so far was during sec school days.. no mentioning of names here, but i guess quite a few ppl would agree with me in his level of PPP...
on other things.. realised tt my mom actually reads my blog.. not tt it's gonna change e way i have blogged for e past few years..
had a particularly lucid dream tt i controlled e other nite.. wanted to do something but in e end it was not to be.. haiz.. think i should really go figure out how to improve my summoning skills..

i guess this post will be quite a test of how fast i type.. almost 1am.. dun wanna sleep too late.. after all it's been a while (but den again not really) since i controlled my dream.. u need good sleeping habits to good dreams u noe.. haha..
anyway i think i should start off from where i left off in e earlier post.. just some things to add now tt i remember.. it was actually e 1st set of lyrics which didn't mention abt love.. not tt it's really a big deal anyway..
so it turned out tt tty, bra and e person in e lyrics thought tt i was perhaps overly sentimental? actually i do think tt i've learnt quite a lot from having met her..
school term has started and it's almost week 4.. quite happy with my timetable.. 1030-1630 from mon-thurs with a 2 hr lunch break.. and it's 3/5 through for e fri lesson, after which fri will be a free day.. wee~
talking of which i think i'll just say something abt PA.. phase 1 just started not long ago.. and i haven really taken e chance to look through it.. think i'm pretty much decided on trying out for KPMG auditing department.. not sure wat i'm gonna put for e other choice though..
ippt went and passed.. wonder if anything will happen if i dun schedule e RT.. anyway, if i do.. i doubt there will be any free time slot for it, wat with school and PA soon after exams..
birthday this year was a rather unusual event.. to me tt is.. early part of the day was just like any other 1st day of school.. met up with timothy, kian heng and matthias for dinner at some german restaurant in millenium walk.. ordered a plate of cheese spagetthi.. turned out tt e flavour of e cheese (or maybe something else) was a tad too strong for my liking.. thus ended e meal with a half eaten plate.. quite a waste of money.. anyway, they brought me searching for a b'dae cake after tt and somehow we ended up in suntec..
bought e cake, went to e fountain street level and hmmm.. i still think it sounds kinda gayish.. but 3 guys helping another to celebrate his b'dae with a cake.. in a public area.. hey.. dun be mistaken though.. it's not tt i dun appreciate it.. turned out tt near us was this group of malay guy and girls, who was celebrating one of e girl's b'dae.. talk abt coincidence.. so we xchanged b'dae greetings and coming to think of it.. i think we should have xchanged some part of e cakes also.. haha.. quite a memorable b'dae i would think..
i guess it's good to be blogging more often.. and now tt it's so late.. i really dun remember well e stuff tt i want to blog about..
had a peculiar dream some time ago.. did a stunt which i myself thought was pretty werid.. lol.. i actually turned myself into a manhole cover.. haha.. quite amusing picturing yrself flattened on e street floor and looking up from tt point of view..

birthday this year was a rather unusual event.. to me tt is.. early part of the day was just like any other 1st day of school.. met up with timothy, kian heng and matthias for dinner at some german restaurant in millenium walk.. ordered a plate of cheese spagetthi.. turned out tt e flavour of e cheese (or maybe something else) was a tad too strong for my liking.. thus ended e meal with a half eaten plate.. quite a waste of money.. anyway, they brought me searching for a b'dae cake after tt and somehow we ended up in suntec..
bought e cake, went to e fountain street level and hmmm.. i still think it sounds kinda gayish.. but 3 guys helping another to celebrate his b'dae with a cake.. in a public area.. hey.. dun be mistaken though.. it's not tt i dun appreciate it.. turned out tt near us was this group of malay guy and girls, who was celebrating one of e girl's b'dae.. talk abt coincidence.. so we xchanged b'dae greetings and coming to think of it.. i think we should have xchanged some part of e cakes also.. haha.. quite a memorable b'dae i would think..
i guess it's good to be blogging more often.. and now tt it's so late.. i really dun remember well e stuff tt i want to blog about..
had a peculiar dream some time ago.. did a stunt which i myself thought was pretty werid.. lol.. i actually turned myself into a manhole cover.. haha.. quite amusing picturing yrself flattened on e street floor and looking up from tt point of view..
will see if i can blog more often before stuff slips out of my mind.. and yup.. i guess tt's all for now.. maybe i will talk about e emu interview next post..

it's hols once again.. well at least for one, i guess it's slightly diff from e other hols tt i had.. in tt i didn't maple and pangya as much.. though there was quite some bit of dota with my friends.. also took an interest in e anime bleach.. quite nice i'd say.. like e way in which it blends in seriousness with humour, or e other way round.. would think tt it's actually better den naruto.. still have pretty much room to develop.. for bleach's storyline and characters, which will make it's subsequent episodes interesting..
took ippt todae with marc and kelvin.. haha.. well, we all failed.. e result of not exercising much (if at all) was evident.. my results was worse den e one tt i had when i took in my ICT.. this time round i failed another station which i nv did b4.. situps.. erm wth.. really.. i didn't even cross e 30 mark..
and somehow, somehow.. i managed to lose my 11b.. of all things.. and just my 11b.. geez.. wonder where i lost it.. dunnoe if it was in e camp or at tt bedok hawker centre (e one at tanah merah).. seriously hope tt someone finds it and be so kind as to send it b to me.. browsing through e internet, e process for reporting e loss seems quite troublesome.. and it costs $50 to replace it too.. sian..
tty's back in sg once again and we had actually planned on jamming overnight at his place.. but it didn't work out to be and we ended up playing cs.. haha.. i think we need to plan beforehand e scores tt we're going to play.. and i also dunnoe how to play any musical instruments.. -.-
so subject registration ended a few days ago and i managed to get e same classes as e gang.. guess i wont be tt much of a loner in e coming sem.. good to have ppl u noe in e same class as u.. quite unfortunate tt i didn't get chinese lyrics or any of e hp200 modules.. either e timings clashed for e timetable or for e exams.. so ended up taking hp311.. 4 day week still seems quite far from my reach.. guess only possible in e following sem.. depending on how things go..
had a pretty interesting dream e other day.. was a lucid one, not a controlled one though.. well, at least not exactly a controlled one.. moved w e flow of e dream.. anyways, in e dream i was parachuting.. v fun.. though probably not as adrenaline pumping as window jumping.. dun ask me y, even though e height involved is higher and technically speaking e speed involved is much higher too.. but e parachuting wasn't a straightforward one.. and if u may, actually seems more like an obstacle course.. haha.. really! and e dream lasted for quite long too.. would put it at abt 10-15mins.. real life timing.. fun fun.. i guess i might try tt out again in my next controlled dream.. if i can tt is..
haven't been much out of my home, less going abroad.. kinda miss e family tradition of going overseas every hols.. now tt my sis and i have diff hols, it's diff to plan an outing together..

u probably would have noticed e various changes tt i made to e blog.. added back e nice mouse clock! yay~ dunnoe y i deleted it in e 1st place.. -.- also added this 2nd sticky on youtube music videos.. but apparently it's not really working correctly.. only 48 of e vids got loaded.. also added a new link to freerice.com which allows people to improve their vocab while helping to do a part for e UN World Food Program at e same time.. or at least tt's wat they say.. tty did some research and was quite skeptical of it.. seems tt e advertising money tt e webbie gets more den covers for e amount of rice tt they donate..
fell very sick just yesterday morning.. in e wee hours.. didn't help tt i was feeling darn pissed thinking abt my elective project when i was in e process of falling sick.. i guess i'll talk more abt my sickness 1st.. vomited twice and had diarrhoea like 5 times.. really emptied my stomach out.. to think tt after being illness free for so long, my 1st sickness would be such a bad experience.. feeling much better now though, although i still feel a bit lethargic..
moving on to e project.. really pissed me off man.. decided to finally read through e draft tt this guy sent earlier.. he was supposed to consolidate e report and well, let's just say he did exactly tt.. and only exactly tt.. fuck him man.. e points tt i highlighted in e draft tt i sent to him, to show e changes tt i've made.. it was still there.. highlighted.. and he was supposed to compile e questions tt we came up with for e new questionnaire.. and there was none of his questions in e compiled list.. NONE.. _|_ and there was supposed to be only 10 questions in e compiled list, but there was 14, and all because he just copied and paste e questions there.. highlight, inconsistent bullet numbering & question phrasing and all.. fucker man.. and his english totally sucked.. ok.. maybe a bit of an exaggeration.. but with tt kinda standard he prob would be better off calculating numbers or doing some other shit den studying biz..
i don't think he even proof read e whole report.. his part of e report just plainly contradicted and was inconsistent with my hypothesis testing results.. this guy should really fuck off man.. even worse den e total freeloader group mate tt i had in yr 1 sem 1.. at least i noe tt tt guy was a total freeloader and i didn't had to waste my time editing stupid stuff tt wouldn't exist at all if he was a freeloader.. and he also took such a long time to do e stupid stuff tt he did b4 sending to us.. bravo man..
not tt e other group members were great also.. it was only yesterday, 1 day before e deadline, tt someone volunteered to help hand in e project.. i thought having differnent horizons on this project was bad enough.. 2 of us were planning to minor in psycho while e other 2 just took it as an elective and didn't S/U it..
i really dun care if tt fucker stumbles on to this post.. actually i think it would be good if he did.. so tt he can see e shit tt i have to say of him..

haha.. so the first personality test (well sort of) tt i did after such a long time actually turned out to be quite a rubbish.. doesn't quite seem to be me tt it's describing..
was feeling a bit bo liao and went to google my nick.. ends up tt songluck seems to be quite a feminine name, having female counterparts in china and thailand.. on a side note, e thai counterpart actually looked quite nice.. lol..
turns out tt tty started playing ms again.. this time on D server.. and i thought tt it was laggy playing from down under.. well.. i personally haven played ms in ages (read: ~2 months).. might squeeze in some time next week, just to squeeze my way to the next level before parking him somewhere else to continue farming for my WA10 WG.. probably might be able to get it before e school starts next sem.. hopefully..
the time for exams has come again.. yeah.. let's not talk abt it yet.. haha..
was playing around a bit over lyrics no.5 and it seemed like i really need some long stretch of free time if i'm to come up with something decent.. and of course, e need to improve my chinese.. e words tt swim in my head just appeared to be those miserly few..
dreams had been quite interesting lately.. with 2 attempts at something tt i'm trying out.. was actually planning to do a dragonball type of chakra-surrounding/engulfing-your-body move.. or something like king of fighters' athena's ultimate.. e idea is tt e chakra in e dreams stem from e amount of will or control tt u have over yr dream.. and tt this will/dream control is materialised in e form of visible chakra..
and it turned out tt e move wasn't exactly wat i expected.. in e 1st try, i attempted to do e stunt while flying stationary.. in e end, it appeared tt simultaneously flying and executing e stunt proved difficult and i could not keep myself flying upright.. so in e 2nd try, i attempted e stunt in a dhalsim float-above-the-ground yoga position.. to only get my sub-conscious playing punk with me by throwing up random dream characters disturbing my concentration..
on hindsight, i thought tt e stunt might not actually be a good move.. because while executing it, i had to close my eyes and concentrate.. now tt doesn't make sense if i have to open my eyes and see for myself tt i had successfully executed it.. so i thought tt maybe a rasengan/chidori type of stunt might be a better alternative.. e idea remains e same tt i have to materialise my will into e form of visible chakra..
so much so for quite a bit of technicalities on my dreams.. come to think of it.. wat's another word for actually? darn.. even my english vocab are going green by recycling e words..
did an acronym in my previous presentation on dastel and rather amusingly, my groupmate took quite a serious interest in it's creative (*cough cough) use.. such tt e following informal group presentation she actually suggested using it again.. and it popped up again in her final individual presentation just last week, along with another classmate's.. haha.. i personally think tt presentations should be a bit more fun and differing from e normal, boring types.. anyway, i used a story in my final presentation as an attention getter, something which well, was a first in my class.. wonder how e tutor took to tt..

so i only realised quite some days ago tt i had forgetten to "celebrate" my bloggie's birthday.. lol.. 4 years liao.. and sorta still surviving.. haven't really had much changes from wat it used to be when it first started out..
finally things seem to be able to slow down a bit now tt it is e recess week.. of course there are e usual projects tt require attention during this period.. haiz.. and talking about groups and group members for tt matter.. i must admit tt this is e first time i came across someone who is so opinionated.. hmmm.. before i go on any further, i'm wondering if i should be ethical and just keep additional comments to myself before e sem ends and e group members go their own ways.. ethical.. haha.. sounds so saintly.. really.. y cant some ppl just open up and listen to e comments of other ppl?
nonetheless, e groups this sem still are pretty ok.. landed in a i'm-e-only-guy-in-e-group situation for a 3rd consecutive sem.. argh.. projects projects projects.. now it seems somewat e trend tt we actually have to interview ppl in a company and it would be beneficial to have family members and friends who work in important positions in organizations.. cos tt will help us a lot in e process of our project.. was doing e AC213 project on thursday in clementi.. interviewing a former accountant of this company tt we were working on.. ended up finishing at 10pm and slumping into my bed right after i reached home and finished bathing.. but geez.. my elective project haven even started.. most prob only will after e break i guess.. stats.. argh.. bleh..
was talking to tty e other day about the phenomenal 179 8.30 queue.. now tt i actually dun stay in e hall and have to commute to school everyday, i think i've experienced e worst of e queues.. to think tt there is a place in singapore where e bus queue can actually strectch up to 150m.. and it's a daily occurance too.. something tt i also saw from this phenomenum is e inconsiderate and ugly side of some singaporeans (read: ntu students).. and they are a real picky lot mind you.. once they see tt e seats in a bus are filled up, they more or less won't bother to board e bus ie. refusing to stand.. yeah.. seems like some kinda rich spoilt brat.. or maybe they'll just defend themselves by saying tt they are e consumers and tt e choice is theirs..
an equally common sight would see some ppl waiting for their friends (or for empty seats in e next bus) while they are queueing up.. and when e bus comes they would just let e ppl behind them walk past to board it.. come on.. wat's with those ppl really.. if u wanna wait just wait outside e damn queue.. if not just board e bus and frigging stand for tt short journey..
moving on to talk about something on a lighter note.. i did my third? jump out of e window stunt in my dreams.. still as exciting as ever.. i guess there's an unconscious trend lately tt there's more of floating action than flying in my dreams.. staying in a spot in mid-air, several floors above e ground.. equally fun though.. hmmm.. quite looking forward to my next window jump.. haha..
haven watched a movie in a loooooooooong time., considering how common it used to be, before tty went to au to study.. maybe if u see this brandon, u can msg me a date and we'll come out and catch a crappy movie.. lol.. getting late.. maybe i'll post more about e girl who's mp3's too loud for e mrt announcement and e poster on anti-bus driver abuse next time.. oh ya.. maybe i'll talk about e controversial negarakuku video too..
