lol... just when i thought my alma mater chung cheng had quite a knack for appearing on tv for various reasons (mainly news related to e chinese community), i saw an article on my pri school in todae's chinese newspaper... haven read through it yet, but it's smth about becoming a sister school with this pri school in chong qing... anyway lol, really amused tt chung cheng is actually quite despo-ly limelight seeking... i would think tt it's one of e more televised school in e country... just some days ago it was on tv for this supplementary lesson on tea appreciation (correct me if i'm wrong...)... oh ya, btw, cedar's principal change liao... it's a chinese now...

Have been reading the coverage on the upcoming elections lately... Find it quite frustrating at those opposition parties... They seemed to be more concerned on firing the PAP and bringing it down rather than to think of ways to improve the lives of people. Take for instance the Chief of SDA(Singapore Democratic Alliance), Mr. Chiam See Tong.. He is actually quite an alright opposition party leader.. But look what a big mistake he has committed this round.. He being the in-charge of Potong Pasir does not even noe that his people wants lift upgrades??? Even if he knew, why didn't he raised the issue in the Parliament? What has he been doing all these years? Now that elections are nearing, and its is only through a survey conducted by PAP MP, Mr. Sitoh Yih (note that is the PAP who did the survey not Mr. Chiam himself or anyone from his own alliance group) did Mr. Chiam finally knew what the people had badly wanted. And den he raised the issue of lift upgrades.. hello.. mr. chiam, seems a bit too late huh...
Another thing is the case of slandering and defaming the government by the SDP( Singapore Democratic Party) chief, Mr. Chee Soon Juan.. Crap lah that guy never seems to learn his lesson.. he got bankrupt because of the defaming then PM Goh.. And now, he is back to his nonsensical antics again.. well, because he is bankrupt and nothing to lose... Come on lah, if u want to allege someone, u must also produce evidence right? Its such a common sense especially in this law-governed city. And this time round, the SDP isn't going to give in and apologise.. and still wants to contest election.. Oh well, i shall sit back and watch the exciting show coming up next: Lee Vs Chee Smackdown..
For those who have critical of the government, wake up ur FUCKING idea!! Look at your oppostion parties.. What a fool they have made themselves... What nonsense are they giving to us... And u still want to vote these assholes?? U think they are gonna do a better job than PAP? Pls... Government is also made up of humans... How can they be flawless in whatever they do? There are bound to be mistakes but it isn't so bad that the whole nation is falling apart right? Stop using the NKF saga as an excuse.. Stop all these pls... It just shows how dumbass u are..

Really appreciate tsang yew's effort in making that cute, likeable 3 Musketeers Picture that symbolises the strong friendship shared by him, me and songyu.
In reciprocal, i did another similiar thing but its the chinese version. Haha.. not very well done though.. But its the thought that counts isn't it? :) Hope u both dun mind the crude work!! :P
so voting is on may 6 and my basic theory test is on next fri...

was flipping through e newspapers and found smth which i thought was quite amusing... this year's elections will be fought mainly in e east and north... haha... poor guys in e west... another election going by without any contest in their constituency... so ya... should be voting come may 6...

watched e dialogue with MM Lee e other time... surprising still v shrewd and crafty in his responses at his age... and i thought some of e participants were slightly over zealous and maybe rude... well of course e whole thing was supposed and was meant to be a two-way thing, but surely u could wait until e person in question finish his/her speech 1st...

but then again, such dialogues with leaders holding important roles are by and large hard to come by... which is really quite sad...

have quite a number of thoughts tt i wanna put down...

some days ago i went to e driving centre to take my trial basic theory test and there were a couple of foreign workers and non-english and chinese ppl in e room... so well, u were to type in yr user id and password and start on e trial test... with just 15min before e test ended, the instructor in e room discovered tt one of e foreign workers apparently had just stoned in front of e com all e while, nv logging in and start on his test... and so e instructor said: "hey brother... how come u sit there so long still haven log in? y u nv ask for help?"

hmmm... tt set me thinking... abt foreign workers coming here to work... in a place tt is so alien to them... abt doing this just so tt they can provide for their family back home... abt doing this so tt they can have a better future...

poverty nv fails to set me thinking... abt lots of stuff... abt my childhood... abt her... abt life... i think i'm more nostalgic than i ever thought i was...

haha... ying yue ri ji playing in e background just reminded me tt i've not listened to it for quite some time liao...

y is it tt we seem to have more hi-bye friends as we age? cos we do not want to commit ourselves to more relationships?

i used to, on quite a regular basis, send friendship sms-es to my friends... recently tt frequency has dropped by quite some bit... and during tt period in which i nv send any friendship sms, only 1 person continued to actively send me those kind of sms... it's only when i start to send sms again, like yesterday, tt some of my friends replied with similar sms-es... are friendships/relationships supposed to be like tt? a 1 to 1 passive exchange? deep down inside i seriously hope not...
