finally e exams r over.. and it's e second day of hols now.. non-official hols tt is.. don't really expect much out of e papers.. think e only decent grade would come from e maths elective paper..

so tty just came back from aus.. and staying here for like 3 months? haha.. another stay at home do nothing after-ord like period.. so wat's new? hmmm.. no idea.. or maybe i'm just blogging for e sake of blogging..

had another first in dream control just some days back.. managed to help another person elevate by holding to e person's hand.. also did my 3rd and 4th building jump.. talking about building jumps.. v adrenaline pumping.. haha.. how can it not be.. just imagine walking out of yr window, 7-8 storeys above e ground.. yeah.. walking out of e window.. or jumping off a ledge of e same height.. just pray tt u can fly after u jump off.. if not yr dream is gonna turn into a nightmare.. haha..

well, as it turned out.. and i wonder if i've blogged about it b4.. my 2nd dream control failure turned out exactly tt way.. except maybe it wasn't really a nightmare, knowing tt it's a dream after all..

about e little story tt i wrote about in e previous post.. it's based on true people and true events.. or at least it is, at e moment.. while i try to maintain some sort of chronological order, it might not always be e case.. wat i want to show through e story is e different perspectives of events tt happened in e past.. pretty much like how my lyrics for cinderella came about.. tt being e case, u need not try to figure out who is who in e story.. and most of e nicknames used are by no way new.. they were coined quite a number of years back..

it's always surprising to noe of new perspective to things.. esp of something which u have a strong stereotypical view of.. or of someone whom u have always viewed in a certain manner..

leaving e sticky go down e page for e moment.. will restore it back when e new term starts..

didn't want to sleep yet.. so i thought i'll blog about something..

the alternative story of winnie the pooh, eeyore, pinky and the brain, snoopy and charlie brown, garfield and miscellaneous memebers

part 1

a long long time ago, winnie the pooh lived in this town that had no name.. in this town that had no name, there were rows upon rows of hills.. some of them were tall and some of them short.. and there was this annual tradition of organising a climb up one of the hills.. the older u were, the higher the hill that u have to climb..

nobody knew how the tradition came about and nobody questioned about it.. or perhaps the reason wasn't important at all.. perhaps wat was more important was the thing tt laid in wait of the first person to reach the hill top..

part 2

winnie wondered wat that thing on the hill top would be this year.. nobody knew.. every year it was something different.. but one thing was certain.. winnie wanted to be the first person to reach the hill top this year..

so winnie started preparing for the climb in advance, collecting pots and pots of honey, which winnie thought would provide the energy needed for the climb..

the day of the climb drew near and winnie started to see many people preparing for it.. some of them prepared themselves by running around the town.. some of them, like winnie, collected food.. and then there were others who just did nothing and lazed around, waiting for the big day to come..

so as is e trend lately.. i'm not blogging as frequently as ever.. let's see wat happened during this one month break from e blogosphere..

spent some time typing out my past lyrics.. so now they're in text form instead of the pictures.. looks neater and easier to view, since e url for e photos often change.. if u can't see e chinese text, make sure that yr browser is encoding e webpage in unicode..

had e AA101 practise assigment and biz law written assignment some weeks ago.. supposed to receive them back this week, but i guess e efficiency of NTU nv fails to push things back.. so i'm gonna get them back next week after all.. at least tt is wat they say.. e practise assignment was downright depressing.. perhaps i nv really prepared myself enough for tt.. but it sure felt sucky tt after having obtained perfect scores for e earlier accounting quiz and maths mid term test, i'll be faced with such a demoralising test.. dun think it'll end up so bad as to fail.. but den e marks wun be good..

wasn't exactly happy with my comms fundamental presentation grade either.. e tutor said tt my nervousness was quite telling.. i wonder how tml's presentation would go.. chose something tt i'm quite confident no one else would choose, although it's not tt everyone dunnoe about it.. dun think many singaporeans would immediately link something tt's uniquely singapore with e image tt singapore is a 'fine' city..

so i got a taste of wat it's like having a free-rider in e project group.. man.. and he was a total free-rider too.. couldn't be bothered about e progress of e project.. didn't care less.. but since e other guy in e group (who contributed more than me) nv mention anything about e free-riding issue, i didn't too..

finally booked tp e other day.. so it's gonna be on 11 jan, a thursday.. hopefully i dun miss too many classes tt day, since school would have already started.. went to e cdc website to check e slots for driving lessons.. and discovered something bad.. hopefully it's e system tt screwed up.. cos booking of lessons for jan is supposed to start only on 15 nov, but e website showed tt all lessons from 3 jan to 18 jan have been fully booked.. tt would mean tt i won't be able to put in any revision lessons in jan, b4 my tp.. which is v bad.. argh.. pls tell me tt e system screwed up..

so bra managed to get his application for entrance into BMS approved.. at least in principle.. he still gotta send in e proper application during e hols.. seems like BMS and accountancy grads are currently in pretty hot demand.. had an article in ST today tt stated BMS was one of e 3 things tt e sg government is placing its bets on.. and just a week ago, there were 2 acticles saying tt accounting grads r in short supply, even with like at least 1000+ grads being churned out every year.. and 600+ of them from ntu.. seems to me tt it is not really a problem of talent shortage but high turnover rates at e big 4.. not to mention tt they pay e same starting salary to all grads, regardless of their class of honours.. which unsurprisingly, have prompted top accountancy grads to look for greener pastures in e banking and investment sector..

feeling a sense of false sense of serenity.. perhaps it's e calm b4 e storm.. dun really feel e urgency to study for exams yet.. even though they r like less than 2 weeks away..

many things to blog about.. but i guess i can't remember all of them all at once.. haha.. talking about tt, i suddenly thought of a dream tt i had e other time.. maybe i'll blog about it some other time.. now, it's time for something else..
