was just surfing around youtube when i stumbled upon quite a couple of nice songs by 范曉萱..





especially liked e way the 2 mv above was shot, with quite a substantial amount of time showing her singing the songs.. i thought that the camera angles really managed to show her beauty and expression of the songs nicely..

tty was commenting on my lyrics 7 demo that the chorus seemed to end before it even started.. looking back, i feel that perhaps with a longer set of lyrics, it would aid in the build up of emotions that will climax in the chorus.. but then again, in the first youtube video above, 范曉萱's 自言自語, the lyrics are about the same length as mine but the feeling is very different.. i think e problem lies in that the melody for my first 2 verses is not too distinctly different from the chorus.. or wat they say in singing competitions.. 没有层次感..
